This Mother’s Day, I want to send my love to every beautiful woman who longs to hear those sweet words: “Happy Mother’s Day!” You are remembered this day, as I pray for you, “The Gift of Motherhood.”

I want to take a moment to share something special with you. I’ve been praying that these words find their way to your heart and fill you with hope, igniting a deep increase in your faith. Remember, God hears your cries and sees every tear you’ve shed. “Keep reading.”

You might be familiar with this Scripture, but I encourage you to let it wash over you anew today. Hebrews 11:1 tells us, “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.”

Now, let’s explore the word “substance.” In many ways, it’s like a birth certificate—its meaning is title deed in Hebrew, to what we are longing for. Years ago, I worked as a Unit Secretary in a hospital, moving between the Emergency Room and the Nursery. I had the privilege in the Nursery of typing birth certificates for those sweet little lives. It occurred to me then, and it still does: believe it before you see it! Your faith is your title deed!

You might be saying, “I’ve had faith and prayed relentlessly,” but you still feel that heartache 💔. Perhaps you’re doubting whether your faith is strong enough to carry you through this. But I urge you to keep reading and let these words breathe life into your weary spirit. Yes, this journey can feel like an uphill battle, especially when others are getting pregnant so easily.

You may have thought it’s just too late now, I can’t keep going through this. That pain is real, and it’s right to acknowledge it. But remember, God sees you, and He is with you in every moment.

Yes, even in your doubt.

Don’t lose heart, your story is not finished yet. Keep believing, because prayer is still working behind the scenes!

So as you’re reading, highlight the areas that speak to you personally and hold on to that truth, and let it anchor in your heart!

In Luke 17:5,6

The disciples ask Jesus, “Increase our faith!” And He responds by teaching that even faith as small as a mustard seed is powerful enough to move mountains! That tiny seed can bring about monumental change!

Throughout the Scriptures, we find countless stories of women whose fervent prayers reached the ears of God. One story that captivates my heart is that of Hannah. She faced the painful struggle of barrenness and felt the deep loneliness that came with her longing to be a mother. Can you hear her cries? “Where are You, God?” In those moments, her tears were not just tears; they were a powerful outpouring—a release of all the heartache and longing she had carried within her.

Here’s a profound truth: We often ask why? Scripture says, “the Lord had closed her womb.”

It seemed like a brick wall, an impossible circumstance. But this closure signifies something deeper—a spiritual battle.

What we see is not always the end of the story!

But here’s the miracle part: God did “open her womb,” granting her the deep desire of her heart! Just as He did for Hannah, He is still the God of miracles. Keep seeking the Lord earnestly, and surround yourself with those who will stand with you in faith! Claim the promises of His Word. I know you’ve been trusting Him with every corner of your heart!

Keep your confident assurance that God will fulfill the desires of your heart.

Let’s unpack the heart of Hannah’s prayer. She fervently cried out to the Lord of hosts, saying, “If you will indeed look on the affliction of your maidservant ( humble woman) and remember me.”

In 1 Samuel 1:11, we see her heartfelt plea: “Remember me, and do not forget me.” And then, what a glorious confirmation we find in 1 Samuel 1:19: “And the LORD remembered her.”

Perhaps you find yourself in a season of waiting, feeling as though God has neglected to notice your struggles. As the years roll on, you might feel that hope is slipping through your fingers. But take heart! Hannah’s prayer beckons us to call out, “Remember me, your maidservant.”

Now, let’s explore the Hebrew term for “remember” (zakar). It involves much more than just a mental note; it speaks to an active, deep connection with the one remembered. This is not a passive recollection; it’s a sacred bond that unites our hearts with God’s. ❤️

A few years ago, a sweet young woman came to me, her eyes filled with emotion, her heart was ready to share and to be heard. She said, “Years after my wedding, I realized I was the only one still praying for a child among my friends.” She went on, “It’s interesting how life plays out. You look around and see everyone else with their little ones—sweet babies swaddled in blankets, adorable toddlers with bright smiles. You witness some mothers losing their tempers, even cursing their children, and you wonder, ‘Why, Lord, do they have so many?’ Then you hear the heartbreaking stories of those who become pregnant only to experience loss.”

With heartfelt compassion, I assured her, “I’m praying for you,” and she knew that I meant it.

And I stand in that gap, interceding on your behalf as Im writing this.

Sometimes, that deep ache pushes us to our knees, driving us into the Word of God, reminding us of His steadfast promises. You must keep praying—even in all the uncertainty, when you don’t see the way forward, or when the answers seem far-off. Do not cease to declare His promises! Keep proclaiming His truths, not just for yourself, but for the many others who need that intercession.

Prayers from someone who understands.

Agree with me in prayer as we lift those couples who are in the waiting season right now. If you are facing stress, anxiety, or disappointment, remember: your heart matters to me, and it matters deeply to this ministry.

My husband and I recently prayed for a dear couple who were exhausted emotionally and financially from all their pursuit to conceive a child. When we laid hands on them, it was not just a ritual of prayer; it was a powerful declaration of faith. I believed in my spirit that God was listening. I held on in faith that He would respond to their prayers as well as ours.

Faith grows when we root ourselves in the unwavering truth of God’s Word! This is a powerful message that deserves to be shared! Let us unite our voices and place our trust in the steadfast faithfulness of our God!

Take time to read this portion! These are the seeds of faith! Read it repeatedly! Proclaim these truths aloud right back to the One who inspired them.

When I open up my Bible, I see so many instances where God answered prayers not just for individuals, but through the faith of their friends. Think about those friends who tore the roof off a house to get their paralyzed buddy to Jesus. And then there’s Jairus’, whose daughter was dying. When he reached out to Jesus, it felt too late, but Jesus walked in, challenged the mourners, and brought that girl back to life!

In Luke 8:51-56, we see it. Jesus entered the house and took with Him only those who believed. The others? He told them to step outside. Why? Because doubt doesn’t belong where miracles are about to happen! He dismissed the mockers, made room for faith, and brought a little girl back from the dead.

You and I have the power of life and death in our words!

Surround yourself with those who speak life, who build your faith, and who encourage your heart!

When Jesus put the doubters outside, He was safeguarding the miracle about to take place. He wouldn’t allow negative energy to contaminate the faith needed for that moment. God does that because He knows our hearts and how easily we can be swayed by cynicism.

Speak this to God boldly, declare His truth,

Say, “God, Your Word clearly shows that you instituted the family in the Garden of Eden. You commanded Adam and Eve to ‘be fruitful and multiply.” Speak it with beautiful authority! And in Psalm 139, I read, “I am fearfully and wonderfully made.” You created me with intention and purpose, and your promises are faithful and true.

Consider Sarah, who laughed at the thought of bearing a child at her age. God, you remembered her and placed a seed in her womb that would change history! (don’t just look at her age look at how God remembered her)

Rachel, Jacob’s beloved, cried out in despair, “Give me children, or I die!” (Genesis 30:1). After much heartache, she finally bore Joseph and Benjamin, pivotal figures in your plans.

Look at the Shunammite woman who honored the prophet Elisha. When she realized she had no children, Elisha prophesied a son. Yet less than a year later, she cradled that promise in her arms!

Elizabeth welcomed her miracle, John the Baptist, and Hannah carried her burdens with grace. Each year, as she faced disappointment, she cried out to you in anguish. But God, you heard her cries and blessed her with Samuel, a prophet!

What I love about Hannah is that she wasn’t just asking for a child for her sake; she desired a child to serve God.

For You, Lord! Not just for me but to raise a child who knows You, loves You, and shares Your truth with the world.

Genesis 5:2 tells us that He created us in His image and blessed us to “be fruitful and multiply.” Psalm 139:13-16 assures us that we are “knit together in our mother’s womb.” In Jeremiah 1:5, God reminds us, “Before I formed you in the womb, I knew you!”

What a profound gift—to bring our concerns and the concerns of others before Him.

God says, “You take care of the possible, and I’ll handle the impossible.” Those, my friends, are His department. You were never meant to carry the pain.

Ephesians 3:20 assures us, “Now to him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to His power that works in us.”

You must hold your head high and keep your eyes on Jesus. Just as you have been doing!

Don’t give up!

This is what it means to trust God: We will be sure about the things that we hope for. We will be sure in our minds about things that we cannot even see.

May the Lord bless you because I believe  May is the month of miracles.
